Default standard or something not quite right?

asked this in a previous thread but real answer so to any and everyone with a mulitmeter:

does your car have a 0.14A draw with nothing on and start fine everytime? i suspected it was a drain but th only fuse that effected the reading was the car's dashboard fuse. before i go any further, i want to make sure this is "normal"
