Default recaro speed/ ek9 type r/ integra type r

I have a recaro speed currently in the car and have just been offered an integra seat (the red ones) so im wanting to get them retrimmed to match but i need to know which subframes fit a recaro seat?

I made my own for the drivers but want a slidey one now and its not possible to add it to mine!

does anyone know of a bolt in subframe for a 106 thatll fit the recaro?

You know Integra and EK9 Recaros are ever so slightly different?

You need Recaro subframes.

I bolted my teg recaros to saxo subframes using little brackets, sit a little higher but very comfortable.

Ye but the shapes the same and the one iv been offered looks exactly same as my speed so think it might be an ek9 one! They're getting re trimmed and re embroidered so I won't notice anyway! Thanks nates, how do you take the subframes off the saxo seats? I got a spare ill try it on I don't mind beibg a little higher just don't want to be mega high haha

Recaro definatley make subframes to fit a speed seat to a saxo complete with slidders. Not sure on the cost, but cant imagine them been cheap. I'm not 100% sure as its a very long time since I've had a proper look at a saxo seat but I don't think you can just unbolt the subframe off. I think you would need to cut it off and then you may possibly be able to make some addaptor plates to fit. All depends on your budget tbh.

Basically once you have the seat out you have to snip off these little metal things looped around the cloth underneath and then it slide straight off, the at the hinge bit on either side where the seat reclines there is rivets you have to drill out, then the top half detaches.. I might have explained it shit but once you have it out its real clear how to take apart haha
