handbrake light stays on/ flickers and goes off
so had a new wheel bearing fitted, and after its came out garage i full depress my handbrake, but it stays on the light, it flickers switches off and i drove 11 miles and it turns on and of and on and off and on, really concerned

You sure it's the handbrake light??
Do you have wear indicators on your pads?
These could of ring damaged whilst doing the bearing

Check you have no leaks.. It must have gone somewhere

For future reference if anybody has this problem and it wasn't fluid related try this.. Firstly make sure your handbrake is secure by tightening the 2 bolts inside the car under the carpet just by the base of the handbrake and then get under the car and tighten the handbrake cable.. These fixed the issue for me.

sounds like the hand brake was loose then not pushing the switch properly
|
