Anyone know what tourque the cam "holders" is fitted with, i.e recently changed the valve steams and not sure what torque or sequence retightening. Thanks.

There is a thread somewhere in the archives with the sequencing for them, or have a search for a newmans or catcams online pdf guide - iirc the sequencing is in them
