Default Oil change

Going to change the oil and filters on my 2005 c2 vts, not sure when it was last done. Is it worth buying an engine oil flush or similar product or just a waste of money ? if so how do you used them when changing the oil ? thanks guys.

dont bother with them, if you are that arsed run it on cheaper 10w40 and then swap that out after a few days for the good stuff. New filter each time

Use a actual flushing oil mate. Around £6 for 5 ltrs.

Just drain the oil and replace the plug. then fill as normal with the flushing oil. Run the car on idle for 5-10 mins(Do not drive the car). Then drain the flushing oil replace the filter as normal.
