Default how much bhp will i gain

iv got a mk1 vtr and was just wondering how much bhp i would gain from a manifold, cat by pass and a full exhaust system iv already got a pipercross so im just looking for a rough idea of how much my car would be putting out and wat to go for next performance wise.

bin the pipercross as you'll see no gains at all as long as you have it. standard vtr manifold is piss poor so the car will pull a lot better when it's replaced. as for further tuning, personally dont see any point tuning the vtr unless you go forced induction, wouldn't even bother with a cam to be honest. leave it at that and either save up for a vts transplant or a faster car

its been covered at least 5 times in the past 2 weeks.

Although when I had my manifold exhaust etc my throttle response was a lot quicker and the sound was awsome ;-)
