Default Trailing arm moving a lot?video

Took the trailing arms off and regreased the pin, a fair amount of grease

Then put all back together ( lowered it at same time)

Problem---- the rear moves
Up and down very easily , not hard & one side is now a lot lower

Arb is connected, but doesn't make hardly no difference to movement

When I dropped it to ground, both dropped fine then later one side dropped ridiculous amounts more

Any ideas?

Video to show what I mean?

They are the smallest torsion bar and smallest arb 3 stud ones.
