Default High intensity training

I've added some high intensity training to my fitness program which up until now consisted of just running.

The high intensity workouts I've been doing have been from watching videos on YouTube and they seem to work well.

What do you guys do and is there any that you swear by that could help me,I plan on chopping and changing every week or so to keep me interested and motivated.

Do insanity three times a week with my misses on top of runnin every day, weights every other and working a manual job lol. Get much sweatier doing insanity than any thing else I do, however half an hour a run or the gym I feel more worn out than I do half an hour after insanity, but that's to be expected as it targets the whole body so is kinder in some respects as you're not smashing one muscle group to bits lol

When i was doing it, i did a month of pretty much my normal weights work out, but more reps, less weight, and the in between sets, doing something like 60 seconds jogging on the spot/starjumps/skipping, and that sort of thing..

I love insanity. If you're after high intensity try insanity asylum that's harder than insanity.
