Default Possible vacuum leak?

Recently my cars started revving itself when it gets hot. It seems to idle and drive fine until the engine gets up to temperature then it sits at 3k ish. I've changed the coolant temp sensor and icv. I also cleaned out the throttle body but this made no difference. What I found strange is that there was no gasket between the inlet manifold and the throttle body, is there supposed to be one? It's a Mk2 VTR if it helps

Hmm well that should have the same inlet as my car in which case it should have a rubber gasket between the tb and inlet
