Hi all
1 of the lads is wanting to start a bulking diet but needs help with meal 1 breakfast as he doesnt like porridge
any suggestions cheers guys

steak and eggs is the breakfast of champions!!

Me and my mate George Foreman like to kick off the morning that way...

It doesn't matter what you eat for breakfast just make sure you hit your daily calories and protein/fat/carb requirements!!

Protein shake, eggs, protein pancakes, steak, protein bar etc.

Just cause its breakfast doesn't mean you have to eat cereal brah.

Cheers guys only reason I didnt suggest eggs is because they are part of meal 2 on his diet
