saxo 1.5 diesel washer spray problems 1998 - Saxperience

i think the pump has gone
air in the tubes under bonnet not sure if thats a problem
pull right hand lever for washer spray nothing happens no sound of pump working
not sure which is the fuse for it i presume its one underneath dashboard
but dont know which one or if its ten or twenty
if it is the pump can i replace it reasonably easily or is it mechanics job ?
ive seen replacements on ebay reasonably priced

I have just started driving it as im learning to drive with it seems nice little car
which i bought for ok price not got much knowledge of cars i bought the haines but cant find enough information or i have missed it
any help appreciated

Not actually done the job myself, but my car is in pieces and it looks easy enough its in the drivers wheel arch you need to remove the splash guard to get to it.
