Default Should I buy a SAXO VTS with............

Hey guys I'm about to buy a purple 2001 SAXO VTS with white alloys next Saturday. Collection. We've agreed on 2k on the nose for what seems like a tidy example. He's open about the
Faults and listed below:

I live three hours away so viewing not possible?

104k miles
Small engine leak (not from the gasket, he thinks sump)
No service history
He's been told belt was changed around 80k
Paintwork is mint
Broken right door card
No stereo
No rust

The question is am I walking into a trap? Does 2k seem
Fair, any help, suggestions, things to look out for?

Thank you in advance guys!

Hard to say without pics or history, never heard of a broken door card before but that's an easy fix. Check what the cambelt looks like if there isn't any history, I don't trust anyone telling me stories of anything regarding a car.

Check the tyres brand, see immediately if it was maintained on the cheap.
Also run the reg through dot gov MOT: https://www.gov.uk/check-mot-history - that is also a good indicator on maintenance.
