Compressing Files
how can i compress my jpegs so there not all 1.24mb when i up load them to my webspace for viewing on sax-p? cheers

do a search on google for Windows Powertools. when you get the page look for the image resizer. Install it, right click on the icon for the image then click resize.

or if you have photoshop do file> save as> jpeg> then a quality 1-12 scale will come up, the lower the number the smaller the file size

I use PS CS2 and as Jim says use the 1-12 scale
What a useless post! Think I'l stick to posting photos that I probably fluked!

photo shop, change the image size to 800x600 that works well then save for web as a jpeg

search 'irfanview', downlaod it
when you open irfanview, you open the image, (say its called saxo), then you re-save it as saxo1 for example
