I was thinkin of buyin a MAGNEX backbox (3.5inch), or a RAGE stainless steel (5inch) but am stuck for choice for my SAXO 1.4i sx, any ideas would be appreciated cheers guys!!

Were do they do them, I got my eye on a rage on I just seen, But want the performance aswell as the sound! Got any pics of previous custom ones! cheers mate

they only add 1/2 bhp in terms of performance. The custom exhaust allows you to chose what sound u want what noise level u want and what size exit and what shape exit you have

Yer i say go for a custom exhaust aswel, the off the shelf ones dont sound that gud i dont think!! My mate had a Magnex 3.5" full system which u cudnt hear that wel, ave got a custom twin 3.5" and its well loud plus am getin another twin for the other side so it'l sound class soon!!

When i first had the engine swap done in my old saxo i had a full magnex 3.5" system and de-cat, Sounded alright but i think the airfilter drowned most of it out. I then bought a clio v6 style rear bumper from citining with a twin exhaust. Sounded lovely, not like a saxo at all!

why not a peco duplex full exhaust system either in 2,4inch ones at either side or 4, 4inch ones 2 at each side.they look great and sound really mean.

Peco and al the other exhaust manufactures r gud exhausts but there all the same, with a custom exhaust it will cost u more but sounds better. A gud place to get an Exhaust wud be Ascar in sheffield, thats where mine was done.

Depends wot u want i went for just backbox £175 but am gettin another back box and the full system which will set me back around another £360! So over £300 easy i say!!
