Question clutch problem??

Hard to describe noise, its sounds like a whinning noise that occurs when the clutch is being pressed and when releasing it, but it stops when you take your foot off even while its stationery, its like it when changing up in first and second gear, cant seem to hear it in any other gears.

Any Ideas ??
Thanks

its more thren likely to be the releasing bearing which has gone

to cure this the gearbox needs to come out and bearing replaced why the gearbox is out you may aswell replace clutch

I havent been a naughty girl, but I think the garage I took it to recently maybe naughty.
I took the car to the garage because the front part of my exhaust came off about three days ago,had a new front bit fitted and clamps,do you think it may be something the garage could have done, only started couple of hours after having it back from there
