There is a ridge on the edge of your front discs on a VTR.



I couldnt change the brake pads till they were pretty worn (see locking wheel nuts saga on SSC) but they were not right down to the end.



When I felt the discs the other day there was a ridge at the top should that be there or are my discs fucked they feel ok or shall I get some cross drilled ones <img src= "smileys/grin.gif">

that ridge is just where the disc has worn down, if its quite noticable i would change them mate.



always best to get uprated stoppers mate, Shitrons aint all that.
