not sure if this is the right section but i am after a picture of how and where someone has mounted their ipod in there saxo.

I don't have a picture of mine but I've got the original dock/stand for the iPod attached to the dash (above the air vent) with heavy duty sticky back velcro.
Does the trick and looks the dogs although I need to get it mounted like that previous picture as it's more practical.
The wire that goes to the back of the headunit can be hidden then.

They fit perfectly snug in the ashtray on the center console aswell, if you have the same model as Kroveans there. I use the iTrip and stick the ipod in the tray

my ipod progress has stopped for a while now lol, am now just gonna make it out of MDF now, it will fit in the centre console bit and basically stand like the one i was making
still might finish the fibreglass one in the end but sanding it down takes ages because of the shape of it

i was given an i-pod adapter for xmas its not one specific to any HU as it uses radio frequencys to transmit they have become legal in this country as of the 4th of this month
