fitting buckets is pretty easy, i've never had a problem with it.

you may need to give a bit more detail so people can help

remove old seats and runners, keep bolts 4 per seat.

fit the subframes to the buckets. slide the seat all the way forward, line up the 2 rear holes of the subframe with the holes in the floorpan. Fit the 2 rear bolts but dont tighten all the way.

slide the seat all the way back, then fit the front 2 bolts.
ensure the seats are lined up straight and tighten all the bolts up.

repeat for the other seat.

just make sure when you are fitting the bolts that they are not cross threaded, they should be easy to tighten down. dont force them
Remove the seat belt pre tensioners (where the seat belt clicks in) from the old seats, fit then back into the car. then connect the wiring up. this will stop your air bag light flashing and allows you to use your seat belts.

unless you are using harnesses?

hope that helps
