Which to get?
Firstly, i know most people on here hate 6x9s so please dont cram this thread with "their shit" and stuff like that, cheers. Anyway i wanna get some new 6x9s cause mine are on the way out and just wondered what some decent ones were. Ive heard infinity do some good ones and saw a decent set today for 50 quid so any help appreciated cheers, also after a head unit with bluetooth and a flip up moniter so any pointers would be good cheers again

Waste of money. Keep your money mate and save for a mint set of front speakers and a sub. Trust me it sounds way better than 6x9's. My mate has got 6x9's in his install and he is always telling me that mine sounds better.
All of the advice of 6x9's is there for a reason mate.

Yup I regret spunking a load of money on sx9's when I could of got a sub. Ive got a decent set of lanzar's in the front, and FOCAL 6x9's on the shelf, the 6x9's cost me 120 quid, yea they do sound pretty shit hot for a pair of 6x9's (cos focal are just wicked) but i should of got a sub. Nevermind tho, picking up my sub and amp on pay day

didnt the guy say not to post shit on how bad 6x9s are as that is what he wonts so that is what he is getting. Pioneer are good also jbl and infinity, Have a look on ebay should find some cheap on there. dont go for a cheap bluetooth unit as the cheap ones that i have fitted dont work, pioneer do a great unit. How much do you have to spend on the head unit???

If people want to put 6x9s in their car let them. When people ask for advice on which 6x9s to get they dont want to be told not to get them they want advice on 6x9s
Personally i think 6x9s are good especially when youve got the boot open and want some treble pumping out the back!

I think they sound good with a sub when youve got boot open because you get both treble and bass. Good when your playing footy in park and you want some tunes to play to
