Ive got a few pimples on my face especially after a weekends booze but theyre normally sorted out by the end of the week. Nothing too serious. Anyway i have started getting big massive horrible roidy spots on my shoulders and back. Why??????? I dont take steriods and my diet is pretty good and strict through the week, could it have anything to do with laying on sweaty orrible benches used by young 18-20 year old lads sterioded up to the knackers or 30-40 year old greek lookin hairy men that use em also. Anyway you get my point. Where am i going wrong in life? Cos they are disgusting!!!!!!!

Havent really got any face stuff mate lol, im kinda blessed with clear skin on my face but the big nasty plague boils on my back! lol
Anyone know of any over the counter stuff that actually works? lol

get yourself any acne cream that contains bonzoyl peroxide its an ingredient that dries up spots. panoxyl 5 / 10 are a good source but im not sure if they are meant for backs.

boots or any decent chemists. oxy 10 contains it too me thinks. the number stands for the percentage of it in there. may need some moistiriser coz it will dry ze skin up.
