Guides the same as MK2s mate, a few people have done it. Look at Reffari, Davevts, theyve done it. Use the search button for the guide

yes mate they have, do a search there are a few threads already, the process is exactly the same as painting mk2 lights,

remove the headlight from the car
heat the seal on the light using a heat gun / hair dryer or oven
open the lights up and remove the insert,
sand the insert, prime it, paint it and laquer it
then reassemble
rejoin the seal by heating again and add extra sealant if needed

anything that is waterproof mate, i would get a sealant gun, something like mastik.

make sure you laquer them on a mk1 otherwise it can reduce the power of the lights
