Hi,
Can anyone help. Whenever i try and drive in full lock and turn in my car i can hear a loud clunking noise. Citroen have had the car 5 times and have since removed the front suspension struts and springs and fitted plastic sleeves to the coil springs. Also changed the suspension mounts. This did not stop the noise and have had to replace the o/s and n/s driveshafts. This has slightly stopped the noise it is still there. Does anyone have any ideas ?
Thanks,

It is on the nearside, it does not do it when i am braking only driving / turning.
It is Y reg - 2001.
Citroen reckon it is something to do with the brakes and are fitting new parts tomorrow. Hopefully this will clear the prob ? Will know tomorrow

Today they fitted new brake callipers (?) but noise is still there ! They have got citroen techs looking into it, they cant find the fault ! Luckily it has all been covered by warranty ! They are keeping it for some more days.

hi, yes it has all been covered by warranty so i am really lucky !
Just got my car back today and Citroen have replaced Shock absorber brackets and suspension mount bearings and also replaced front brake callipers securing lever springs. The noise has gone at the moment but guess will have to wait and see no doubt the noise will be back !
