Default New purchases! torsion bar enquiry?

i am well happy now cos i ave just bought some 40mm lowering springs and 306 gti front disc brake system which means my beast is coming along nicely, but i was wondering how much i will be looking to pay for getting the torsion bar sorted cos i want it lowered 50mm at the back.

40mm at front! DONT GO 50mm at the back!

you want it slightly higher at the back or level! not lower!

40 at the front but bear in mind the front sits lower than the back and tbh the xsi is quite high so it should be perfect but i might say 30mm on the front and 40mm on the back, would that be better?

yea the back is meant to be higher

30/40 sounds good

any lower and it will make it handle worse probably and wear driveshafts faster

if its higher at the back standrard then you need to keep it that way!

if the springs are 40mm they will lower 40mm, has nothing to do with the xsi sitting higher!

40mm front.
30-40mm at the back!

lol, 40 at front 30 at back sounds good to me, if your doing any mods that will increase weight (e.g ICE install) or decrease weight (stripping it). do that first or compensate for it when your lowering
