360 live help
ok because my router is downstairs and my 360 is upstairs i have had to have it running through my wireless network. it has just plugged into my laptop and i have bridged the connections and it works.
i can play pro evo with live but when i load up forza it asks me for an update which i say yes to but then it cant download it.
does any one know why. will i need a better connection like the xbox £50 wireless thing.

If one works and not the other then I don't think its a prob with your connection unless it is a firewall problem, disable it on your laptop and try again
