Or are you talking about getting weights put on your wheels? as in wheel balancing?
If so then i got charged £6 per wheel... seems to be a common sort of price

Sorry, but I thought you wanted to find out how heavy they were.... explain it better next time maybe.
Take them to the local tip and chuck them in the metal container.
