Not 100% sure about the TR ends, but I've just had the driver's side driveshaft replaced. It's up to you on what you choose to do, as you can get one from Euro Car Parts for just under £70 including a £30 rebate for your old shaft. However, this is a refurbished part, not a new one. I went for a new one which came with a 2 year warranty, and that cost me £107 including the £30 rebate. Labour was around 1 - 1/2 hours.

ok that's alright. i was expecting more things wrong from the car to be honest. Citroen inspected it today and those two things are the most urgent that need to be fixed. Has to be done before saturday though as the car will be on track at fcs..

Don't go to Citroen for the parts for God's sake! And don't get them to do the work either! It will cost you Sooo much more!

I wouldn't go to them for most parts as they just rip you off. They don't even want to touch my car as it's completely non-standard. They'll only inspect it for me at £56 quid a time

Thanks mate, yeh I think I'm gonna get the parts from there. I think I'm going to get T&H in Milton Keynes to do the work as they've worked on the car previously and most of it was top notch apart from the driveshaft only lasting 4 months
Need 4 new tyres this week as well
