Del's Smooth Project - Daylight pics of new bonnet page 40
I've just bought an R reg saxo in white 1.1i for £500. About 99,000 on the clock.
Its got a huge back box and chrome tailights which are both coming straight off. 13" silver wheel trims and silver and blue/black seat covers which are also all coming off
For it so far i have new vtr tailights, a grille ready to mesh, new parcel shelf to replace the current one which has 4 holes for 6x9s in, and few little bits for the inside (new gear knob & gater, flip screen head unit, alpine 6x9s and a custom boxed 1000w fli sub)
Any ideas in any mods I could do fairly cheap and easy to it? Its super standard atm...although earlier I found some tinting film in the boot from the previous owner and thought I'd give it a try on the back windows and it didn't go down too bad
On my phone atm so can't upload pictures of it but I shall tomorrow night if I can, cheers!

literally almost just bought some! i was bidding on white 15" rls racelines at £95, but before i had time to place a higher bid the last minute they went up to £115! a friend of mine has some alloys he's going to give me for free as he's breaking his saxo soon so instead of buying some ill just wait for those to arrive in january!
Hoping to get it lowered straight away but dont know who could lower the torsion bar! i messaged KrisB on here a few days ago but no reply yet, and god knows what front springs to get!

Get rid of the lights mate.

yeh mate the lights, wheel trims, grille and stupidly noisy backbox are going straight away...debadging it and dewipering it, then depending on money see what i do next. lol if i done that i would have to go out measuring all the bumps around town to see whats the highest to make sure i dont hit it lol...i just want to lower it to a sensible hieght...im thinkin 60 back 50 front, or 50 back 40 front

defo de-wiper as the kid sprayed the wiper white.
unfortunately the original "saxo" logo snapped when the kid tried taking it off, so he covered it up with letters saying "sexo" as a slight joke...obv this is coming straight off and filling up holes...may aswell fully debadge it while im at it
still looking at wheels, i need some 3 studs!
