KB77 Newbie Join Date: Aug 2010 Posts: 3	Before doing this check it not your alternator as I got AA out to my saxo as power steering, blowers and back demister not working.They noticed that the battery light stays on when you start the engine up and the 3 things dont work but as soon as you rev the engine a bit the battery light goes off and all 3 work again.He said that the alternator is not charging on tick over. Still ok to drive but will get worse so new alternator needed at a later date I think.
