two T20 (Torx) screws one in door handle pocket, one near the mirror, and they are held in with clips, just prise it off slowly so you don't break all the clips

Removing front door cards:

Open door, remove torx bit at top corner of doorcard neer the mirror adjustor, remove torx bit from within doorhandle... get flat head screwdriver, slide it underneath doorcard at the bottom and leaver it off - it's held on with plastic clips... once you have prised it forwards enough to get your hand behind it, they work your way along the bottom and up each side, popping out the plastic clips... then to remove the doorcard you need to lift the doorcard upwards, so it becomes unclipped from the window seal and doorpins...

Removing rear doorcards:

Remove rear bench... undo the rear seat belt bolt... un do the front seat belt at the floor mount and and the bolt at headheigh... slot the seatbelt through the hole in the rear doorcard...
Open rear window, and peel up the rear window seel... then use a flat head screw driver to prise the bottom of the doorcard away from the car (also held in with plastic clips)... work your way around the doorcard... you will need to lift the front edge upwards in order to untrap the doorcard from the boot trim... and don't yank it straight off.. you need to unplug the rear speakers before completely taking the doorcard out..

Hope that helps!
Alex
