well been a little busy building my door builds for the front . ive not finished them yet also a little how to guide
first draw a ring in mdf wood for the size of the speaker your using
next jigsaw it out
you will then need to make legs for the mdf ring to fit on . i used a hot glue gun to stick them on
then use some stretchy material i used a old top ...then spray the mdf and material with spray glue and rap tight around the mdf and the old speaker grill . glue at the back of the speaker grill for the material to stick to
you will then have to mix some fibreglass resin up them paste it on wait for it to go hard .sand it a little then put a thin layer of fibreglass paste for the hardness
to smooth off use bodyfiller ....up to you how you want it ether trim the pod or primer it then paint ...im painting mine so the pod needs to be nice and smooth
