no need to bond back on as used the old grill but i think i will bond it on as i dont want it to drop off the

ahh ok just looks like u have a load of silicone or summin in with the grill.
going to give mine another go soon, what did you use to bond the shirt to the grill at the start

the silicone or sumin in white is the hot glue the glue the wood
and to bond the shirt SPRAY GLUE lol

yeh i did read the guide 
i didnt understand how u bonded the shirt to the grill i know u used hot gule to bond the mdf to the grill and spray glue to bond the tshirt to the mdf but didnt know how u got the tshirt to the grill

I know him he does all my work he chromed my r1 once loads had been done great guy just takes for ever been waiting a month for my saxo parts

Took you long enough to get it all back been waiting to see pics of it mate for way over a month. If your getting your manifold chromed you will be better off spraying it with duck oil or wd40 to make it a golden colour or the chrome will go a shitty colour. Fitted a chromed one on a e-type jag not so long ago and the chrome goes a shitty colour with in seconds of start up.
looks fucking mint though mate.
