You need to clean the mud off it first and asses the condition of the inner wing and chassis leg. Be seriously lucky if something is not bent. Also in the photo, what's the black thing hanging down next to the damage? Hope its not the sump lol

Looks like the inner wing is bent, looks like it would be cheaper to start looking for another one

Pull all the broken bits off and see what you're left with.

Sell those bits as scrap metal and you either have a shopping list for what to buy or a definitive answer as to if it's repairable or not...

I'm having a hard time believing that. You can't get that much damage and not knock the tracking out. Now would be a good time to assess if you have fully comp insurance or not.

As already said it's cheaper and easier to buy another and just transfer mods? If the chassis isn't bent then from that pic alone it looks like you'll need -
Bonnet
Vt bumper
Wing
Vt arch
Headlight (S)
grill
Slam panel
Poss Fan
Poss Radiator

And the time to wait to gather all the bits? Just upgrade to a vtr or if insurance is costly then go for a west coast (mk1 1.4 VT look a like) Or as said in other thread, get a 1.1 as you clearly can't handle this...
