size
Just a question, i've been going to the gym about a year, im quite tall but very slim in stature, my strength has increase by loads but size has not so much, i mean i know a year is long. Im drinking protein and was on creatine (did loading phase right and drank shit loads of water didnt feel or see any difference) my workout is sound, is it just my matabalizm which makes me increase in size slower or do you think it'll just take more time? any suggestions.

I suggest you're not eating enough. Fact. Protein alone wont do it, you're going to need fats and carbs as well... Lots of carbs...

Eat lots of turkey, has more protein than chicken and is usually cheaper.

Alright mate, i have the exact same problem but ive put up a couple of threads and got alot of advice, have a read through my threads on snacks and stuff. Anyway i stopped taking protein and creatine because it made me shit loads, but i started eating a shit load of fruit/nuts, loads of carbs like wholemeal pasta and bread. lots of Chicken (alot of nandos) and turkey sandwiches for work and Tuna straight out the tin.
Just got back from gym today and put on 1KG which may not be a lot to some people but i almost thought it was impossible to put on weight like you, but 1KG has given me a big motivational boost to go harder in diet and gym wise
