Where the leak is gathering/occuring is marked in red on this picture;. Everywhere else appears to be dry as a bone

Heres a pic of the bare head, theres very few places which the oil could actually be coming out from
Heres a pic of the bottom of the head, doesnt appear to be any cracks or flaws which should/would have been easily picked up on

could it be a hairline crack in the head? I can't imagine typical oil pressure alone causing the leak to be honest.... sounds more like its the combination of increase in oil pressure and heat expansion of the head (thus widening of possible crack) that is enabling oil to leak through.
No idea of how you can check for a hairline/micro crack without resorting to X-ray technology - and no idea where you'd get that done either.
I'm worried to be honest man.

what about the actual engine block buddy rather than the head, could it be leaking from a crack in that

It does seem to be leaking from the head somewhere, just above the point marked on the picture perhaps,, thus ruling out a block problem as the oil could only travel downwards.
Fracture in the head or not its still a rather large leak, id still expect more or a weap than an ongoing trickle for a fracture, surely either would have been picked up by 1 of the companies that have had the head and worked on it? tricky one really.
With the amount thats coming out something surely in my eyes cant be fitted right somewhere rather than a fracture...or so im hoping.
When i first got the engine there was no leak atall visible at this point either

Really gutted for you mate, I know how much this conversion means to you and I'd be kicking the wall by now with how it's taking as I'm very impatient.
Not sure what to suggest on the leak, I just hope it isn't anything serious. When you next off up then?
Hope you find it and sort it mate.

Maybe, but it is a brand new part. Im sure if they'd actually looked at it properly first time they took it apart and changed the head gasket then there would have been evidence of some oil residue from the offending area. Only got themselves to blame really for not checking everything thoroughly.
will i have a call with an update sometime today...fingers crossed

Are all stem seals new, not leaking. What were all the head bolts like? may be a combination of a couple minor things.

I'm still putting my money on the headgasket. This is where they all tend to leak from.

Why would it still leak if its been replaced again though?

Because it's been fitted incorrectly. I've spoken to a couple of garages about headgasket leaks, and it's fairly well known that these TU lumps tend to leak from the front left...
