It was crossing my mind that I'd be ruining them tbh,
I'm going to see what they all come out like..then decide what to do.
No doubt, they will all end up being re sprayed white within a couple of weeks.

Hmm, Saying that.. I keep looking at it compared to the White one..
And I have to say the same. Maybe I should have kept the bright colour's to the Steelies.
I've only sprayed 2 so far anyway, 1 White & 1 Pink.. So its easily rectified.
I'll do the others in White & redo this one when I can be arsed sanding it back again.

I know. Bit of a cock up.. although, I'm gonna sand it down at somepoint, to redo it when I get chance.
Please don't hate me everyone.

Started doing the other side earlier, and Boom.
The screw that holds the brake disc to the Hub rounded off instantly. BASTARD
Anyone recommend a way of getting the duff screw out without causing damage to the thread in the hub?
Thin pin punch?
Ed.

I like the wheels mate! I say leave them, if you like them then that's all that matters I personally think it'll go well with the chalk board theme

Carried on finishing the brakes earlier.
Managed to get that arse of a Bolt out from the disc.
Drilled that Mofo out like a hero.
Cleaned up the underside of the car aswell while I was there, Mainly the arches. Hammerited them afterwards aswell. I was suprised that there wasn't much rust tbh.
Mainly just a small spot under 1 arch about the size of 50p.
I'll get pictures up tomorrow.
Ed.

Been a while, thought I'd update the Err.. Progress. Or not.
I stripped the thread from the caliper, so fudged that. Was going to redrill it, and retap the thread. I tried, gave up and bought a pair of calipers of the bay for £20. So thats sorted..for now.
Couldn't really do much more today, as I'm waiting for the calipers.
So finished pulling the interior out ready for when my buckets arrive.
Came across this little slut.
Ahh another set back.
Need to get that cut and welded, then may aswell paint the boot floor and whatnot while I'm at it.

Front seats came out today, with ease. Which I was surprised at.
Carpets coming out tomorrow, along with the Steering wheel & Airbag+ ecu etc.
As the carpet and centre console is coming out, I thought about mounting the Keypad immobiliser where the Ash tray normally sits..
May give it ago, as I'm probably gonna keep the Immobiliser for the time being when the Polycarb windows go in. As its still going to be a road car until the end of summer..so some security would be nice
Bought a Guitar strap to hack up and use for my door pulls too.. Pictures aren't that great, I'll get some tomorrow of them fitted. I was quite pleased with my homemade door pulls tbh. And only about £1.30 aswell.

And... My leg following another thread.
Ed.

Lol at the leg
I like the idea of the keypad where the ashtray is tbh... Will neaten it all up abit, but may be kinda wierd having to bend your wrist weirdly. Perhaps have it slightly pointing up at you?
