I recommend you do some research into eating correctly instead of just asking people to do the work for you.

So what have you learnt so far then ?

What are your goals ?

What is your current diet ?

If you have been researching for a week then you will realise a shitty diet, with relying on supplements isn't going to do much for you. That is why I don't believe you have done much looking into this and just expect someone else to tell you what to do.

Don't want to sound like a cunt, just get sick of seeing the same shite over and over, there's plenty of information on this forum alone. If you're not committed to finding out the basics for yourself then you wont have the determination to succeed in what you're aiming for IMO.
