Non cup pack suspension on this. One of the shocks had been leaking so that probably caused the lively back end!

Nah just the spoiler cup pack. Not that there would be much of a noticeable difference anyway with the suspension anyway. Drove one with the cup suspension before this and it never felt much different tbh. Might look into coilovers and solid top mounts next year.

To be fair the difference is so minimal its not worth it, if anything the springs you fitted cause more difference

Also how did you fair against the blue turbo'd cup behind you in the shots?

It was great fun! Cant wait to do another one. Errr, not well. It wasn't behind me for long! I held him up in the corners a bit as he was faster through them, so i let him past.

Bought these the other week:
Came up for a nice price I feel, having just had the front 2 rebuilt. Fitted them today, and the ride quality is vastly improved. Its firm, but smooth at the same time, unlike when it was previously only lowered on apex springs. So, next on the list is to get some solid top mounts. Looking at the Pure Motorsport kit, but just seeing if there is any bargains second hand just now. Also, I need to sort the exhaust mounts. Think I will do the polybush "mod" that seems to be quite popular. Hopefully last longer than the standard crap mounts!
Anyway, a few pics of the fitting: Swapping over the top mounts:
Then fitted to the front.
Still need to adjust the heights, but the front is about the same as before (not bad for a complete guess at setting the adjusters!) Rear is currently higher, but will wait till daylight and find somewhere flat to adjust them.
Cheers for looking.
