You sure?
It's just people buy Ford wheels, ET of around 35, then fit 20mm spacers to bring them to a Saxo offset of around 15.

I don't understand how it can work the other way around, unless your into a negative ET -i.e. -ET5 , then you add 5mm spacers to give you -ET10.
http://www.matey-matey.com/alloy-wheels.shtml
If you scroll down, where it talks about a positive/negative offset, it gives you details there.

ah yeah, i'm getting confused.
the lower the offset, the more the wheel sticks out of the arch.
a 5mm spacer should do the job, no real need for 10mm.
a 5mm spacer would make the it et10. 15's certainly shouldnt rub then.

From what I've heard, the front left is nearly always the area where oil leaks from. Shame mate. Make sure they keep your cam timing for you...

Saw the pic you sent a few days ago and it was looking awesome. I've just had chance to go through the thread and you've got a hell of a lot to be proud of
(just dont sell it next month or something daft)

You cant get track tyres in 40profile... not unless you spend silly (£150+ per corner) money anyway

It will take more than a day to sort. These things dont happen over night. Especially to Matts standards
Chin up mate

Fair few replies and bits of advice above, cheers everyone
A few questions answered:
Tyre size normal
Anything out the ordinary with the above?
Just been outside again to check the clearance and i literally cant get my little finger between the drop link thread end and the tyre, and on the rear i cant get a finger between the tyre and the handbrake cables.
Went for 15's as the 16s didnt feel as 'stable' on corners etc as my old 15s did, plus with a 16" low profile tyre the one i had changed before christmas cost me just over £100 compared to just over £50 for the common 195/45/15 ones.
Well i dont really have much of an update today- the car wasnt picked up due to the trucks being damaged from a job yesterday.
Tried calling the AA as theyre supposed to do home recovery (worth a try) only to be told they had nothing available for low vehicles ffs

No luck yet Matt with the spacers... Will keep a lookout.
I was thinking yesterday, since Im runnnig ET35s with 25mm spacers that
means that really Im running at ET10... Maybe thats why mine doesnt catch
like yours?
Either that or your cars just plain different lol! Chin up Matt it WILL work out!

It is weird, everything on the car is VTS running gear now aswel so theres nothing out the ordinary that could cause the anomoly (sp?) im trying to find some suitable spacers with the extended bolts now.
If anyone has some free time and fancies browsing the net too id be eternally grateful

How about getting in contact with this company:
http://stores.ebay.co.uk/performance-car-shop
And get them ot make you some 10mm spacers for a saxo - I think their hubcentric kit is the 'Kit 3' type. Might be worth a shot, I havn't used them so can't comment, but could be worth getting a price.

Cheers Raunchz, Ive had a look at their online shop already, seems ok at first, but considering they've got that the PCD for the saxo is 4x98 i dont hold much faith as it should be 4x108.
