Do you use the gym to de-stress?
For a start I'd like to acknowledge that I really live a stress free life, but some things have been on my mind for the last couple of weeks and I feel like I wanna go and hit iron every day! I know that there is no real problem with this but some days when I know the evening is going to be bit tight for time I end up getting up at 5:15am to squeeze in a session before work!
Does anone else go hard when they've got women/life troubles? It's pretty good motivation to be honest!

since im a very chilled out person, i have to pi55 myself off knowing how far the gym is to get to, thus when i finally arrive im fired upto to hit the weights but yes having something to motivate oneself is always good.

sometimes i feel really shit after a long day at work and feel miserable and tired. so cant be arsed to go to te gym, but i force myself to get there and while im there its not actually that bad. then after when i come home i feel so much better and so relaxed. dont stress out at people and feel alot happier.
