I take it you are using menzerna intensive polish mark??

Have you tried using a menzerna 70mm spot pad?? That imo would be worth trying.

If that doesnt work i would either ask someone with a rotary to buff it or try abit of wetsanding.

EDIT: Read this with regards to spot pads,
