Yup, fully funded learning. You also get a bursary and student loan to cover the costs of living whilst studying if you qualify. Which the tory's tried to get rid of...

Meh makes no ends to me, if we get independence ill take my tax paying ass south of the border then elsewhere in the world.

The Scottish Government is already as corrupt and backwards as the full UK government in England and thats without full powers.
