The wheels are just some steelies painted then with some shiny garnish on top.
Its a clever car. In the UK rat look Peugeot's tend to just be shitters smashed and dented.
That 205 has some amazing attention to detail. By making it a show only car they've been able to take it a bit further than most.
Would I want it, no way lol

That's so Rat it hurts! The straw hanging out of the tailgate and the rope seatbelts are an amazing 'out of the box' idea!
Not something I would build but I have uber respect for it!
