by hand i would say use autoglym ultra deep shine.
as for pressure washer pushing dirt into the paint, it wont. Dont use it on full power, just 3/4 power as full may strip paint in weaker areas... also dont use it on your wheels as i seem to remember you spraying them yourself.

I have used Auto Glym deep ultra shine and thats really good for using by hand, I use menzerna intensive polish when using the porter cable.

good good, theres just a lot of people building stuff and doing gardens out round mine so theres a lot of dust about, and the garage is a no go area due to our garden gettinf done and have no shed as of yet so all the garden stuff is in there
