Just have to look at my manifold to see that you don't NEED a fancy manifold to make decent power

Be nice to have a bling manifold but n all honesty you'd never catch me paying £700 for a manifold for a Saxo.. Can buy a decent Saxo for that lol

Local place to me will make a full exhaust and manifold for about £700 and they're considered one of the best in the country at what they do

Well we'll see what this do one gives me in a month or so - I can't see it being a restriction (although the 2.5" full system was which is a shame)

actually, that'd be awesome, Short satchell inlet with sealed airbox and 8 injectors, as long as Bike bodies will take boost.
we put over 2 bar through a busa engine still on oe bodies at tts
ran an extra set of injectors in the plenun

600+hp at the back wheel on the bike

This ^^^ is one of the better designed plenums you can get.. all the wrc cars etc will be using a similar setup.

They make the final plenum inlets nice and even, and easy to design. But god i bet the sizing of that initial feed plenum is hard to calculate

Wow Ross mine looked exactly the same as that.......

Na it got put on hold because i fitted the XSI head, I had the flanges made and the velocity stacks I ordered from ebay machined down to fit and started to make a plenum for the top. My old lecturer at college gave me some dimentions for the sizes and the velocity stacks but other than that i was just winging it.

Now i seen that i might have to get it finished for the end of the year and try get some back to back runs booked at rs tuning.
