I don't know your situation but from what I've read you have lost your mum along with a lot of other bad things.. I'm in the same situation, you need to talk to those close to you and let out these feelings.. I'm one to bottle things up and then at a random time it'll come flooding out. I work 9 - 5 every week man.
Work doesn't help either tbh... Lots of stress with it at the moment as we've been taken over by new ownership and no fucker knows what we're doing.
We get told different things everyday, so when you have clients ringing in, and you're telling them a different thing each time, shit hits the fan!

Went to doctors this morning and they are getting me some in house sessions with their counsellor... She said that I won't have to wait long and the sessions are at the surgery itself, which is about 30 steps from my house.
WINNAR!
I explained a few of my problems to her and said that I'm not prepared to go on AD's, which she understood.
She said counselling does sound like the best for me at the moment, so let's see how it goes!

Had my first session today...
It's a guy who will be helping me... Booo! BUT, he is dead sound!
Today was just like an induction sort of thing, just to get the information out of me, etc...
He's made me realise a couple of things already and he said he thinks I'll need up to 10 sessions, but we'll see.
It's amazing how many things you don't / how many things you do that show off the kind of person you are...

hope things work for you mate, i went for initial assesment jobby for counselling last week and they're working out a plan to suit my circumstances, certainly changed in their ways a helluva lot since i last tried it about 10 years ago, they still got you on ADs?

That's what I went for. They spoke about a couple of issues too as we had an hour
Nah, told them that I don't want AD's and the guy today said that he doesn't want me on them as they are, in his words, "An excuse for your doctor to get you out of his room."
