What Pink Camera to get for missus??
I'm thinking of getting the missus a digital compact camera for Xmas... thing is she is one of these girls that goes for stuff because 'It looks nice'... and with this in mind she would want her camera to be pink (typical bint).
Anyway, which pink compact would you lot recommend for under £130.
Here is a list of some that I have been having a nose at: -
Casio Exilim EX-Z1050... 10.1mp, 3x Opt Zoom, 4x Dig Zoom
Fujifilm FinePix Z10fd... 7.24mp, 3x Opt Zoom, 4.8x Dig Zoom
Sony CyberShot DSC-W80... 7.2mp, 3x Opt Zoom, 2x Dig Zoom
Panasonic Lumix DMC-FX33... 8.1mp, 3.6x Opt Zoom, 4x Dig Zoom

LOL... yeah but I don't want her to have a camera just cause it looks pretty etc... I want it to be a good bit of kit too. LOL.
She pointed the Fuji one out in Boots the other day, but I thought I'd have a look to see what others there were out there and see what peoples opinions were on each one.
More mega pixels doesn't always mean better picture.

Go for the one with best quality. If she complains she didn't get the bright pink one (which i doubt she'd do) then explain that you got the best one so the pictures of the both of you would be clearer

mega pixel equals diddleysquat if you have a crap lens in front of it, chances are that the casio isnt 10 mexapixel anyway, its 'effective' megapixel so in real terms its probably near 6mp.
i would go with the sony mate just because carl zeiss make decent lenses

I might have to run it passed her and see if she'll go for quality over looks.

my optics need a good clean on mine though lol!
carl zeiss is also a brilliant lens supplyer
