DAMN WORK'S BLADY FIREWALLS....... DAMN THEM TO HELL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I really wanna see these pics.... the storm was pretty good last night.
Is there a setting on the Canon DSLR's that uses the flash of the lightning as a trigger to automatically take the pic when it happens?? Othorwise... you must have Lightning Reactions to get the pics... excuse the pun.

Are you on your work's PC?? If so, they have probably got Firewalls up blocking the hosting website that Adam uses.... try having a look on your home PC tonight.

Sayers using photobucket though, I can usually view everything on there. I can view the album but only get a little thumbnail of the pic, i wanted a big one for my background lol

ummmm strange stuff guys!
How about here...?
Chris, that joke... can you give yourself infractions? I feel that earned yourself one
It's not too difficult to setup:
tripod, Manual mode, set the shutter speed to 30", take a couple of test images to ensure your aperture and ISO are about right. Now two options... shoot with a short focal length so ensure you capture the lightning (but you'll need to crop) OR be brave and use a zoom lens and hope that you're shooting in the right direction. I got lucky but even then I still had to crop
Use the mirror lock up function too!
