are the needles stubbern coz iv juts tried to pull them and they a quite difficult i din t wanna keep pullin in case i break them

my dials are fudged now lol. they look great, but they just keep blowing up motors its gay

the whole unit ie motor or just the needles themselves?? just use 2 spoons either side and lever them up applying the same pressure on each of them, they will come off, you think there going to break but should be ok, mine have been off about 10 times no problems

you mush have done somethign when soldering the back of the unit and now its blowing motors

Lol yeah course  the rest look mint apart from that 1 thats knockin the other 2 out (2 are still origional green LEDs)

pull it up a little bit with long nose pliers, then grab in with you finger and thumb and gently pull.
and pred, the rev meter motors for the needle, they keep going all mental

yeah some needle nose pliers should get them off, dont worry about damaging the middle bit you dont see them anyway
ben make sure the needles are pushed in properly and check the wires and plug are all ok
