thanks mate for correcting me,my bad. Thats what you get when you listen and talk to people that claim there friends of certain people(like the corsa owner) as i really like that car, real tidy track motor.
she does go well too, i remember when i wad just the bodies on the saxo and managemnet. he would come by me and i couldnt catch him!!.
i think up combe a lot of cars are much of a much ness, as the track is quite a fast one a lot of it comes down to cornering, grip etc.
did you boys have a good day up there? at least the weather was kind!. done 4 track days before spring action day this year and they were all pissing it down with rain!!.
cheers

maybe 30-40 but on standard pistons.... make sure she's safe on the timing.
i suppose its all down to money, but if you look at it.. its 200quid for an extra 30'ish bhp and thats good value for power.

yeah good point bud, it mapped for safeness too which is partiallly why its still alive.
thats another reason why i havent changed inectors bud is with it being on the original standrd engine of 104k, so thats partially why i dont wanna hit anymore out of it, would blow it slef to pieces.
its 204.6bhp now and 218lb/ft torque@ 10 psi, its good enough cheap fun for a laugh on the track!.
2 head gaskets are doing the job lovely of dropping the compression(bodge)!!
cheers dan,
chris

thats still a good figure condidering its safe.
i suppose its down to what you want to do with the car as to whats next?
you could get another 16v engiine and fit some forged pistons, then youd be good for 300bhp<... but its more money.
or you could get spare engine and wind boost up (and injectors) till your happy or she blows then put the newer engine in.?..
