How much is needed to take off the casing for the top mount?

Got the clutch cable (firstline FKC 1078) partly fitted the otherday, not a straight fit though. Had too file the plastic part which fits onto the pedal down as didnt fit through the bulkhead and the rubber part that goes up against the bulkhead on the engine side is too big.

would have made more sense to make the hole in the pedal box larger.

Well i havent done anything to the rubber bung so still got that to fit properly. Could file it out abit, just wanted to give the heads up to people so they know.

Does anybody know What the main list of correct parts inc part numbers? as there's a lot of different things people are using

Picasso 1.6 8V box and O/S shaft with bearing carrier and speedo drive
Above driveshaft to be shortened to 330mm
Make gearbox mounts
Clutch fork lever & cable bracket from Berlingo/Partner (2151 90 and 211758)
Gear lever from BE1 or BE3
306 1.8 16v N/S driveshaft
Later 106 wheel bearings
306 hub drive plates machined to 37mm
Firstline FKC 1078 clutch cable
Later crank sensor/plug
BE release bearing (to suit stock clutch) pug part no: 20.41A7

Does that sound about right?

Yes I've filed it out, maybe not as big as should but it doesn't seem to fit that well. The rubber behind, is it worth cutting it abit bigger than the hole as there's no lip on the metal hole for the bung to sit on?

May remove the brake bar and take the whole pedal unit out.

the hole needs to be the same diameter as the rubber bit past the initial lip.

Got my TU5 BE rear bearing carrier today. Anyone got a part number for the bolts for the driveshafts? Guessing the normal saxo/106 will be different.

Im going to be ordering my BE hubs which i'll be buying new. I need to know the lenght i need to machine them at 37mm. My old hubs are still on the struts and the car will be getting moved shortly so cant check them.
